Can't access prison in castle

Hello I tried to go in prison on Goddard castle and NPC warden don't recognize my clan like owners of the castle.
Same problem if I try two quest on NPC warden.

you must party and all character need take quest. check it

I had triple checked all chars from party received same answer from Warden NPC

No, none of the characters can take the quest.
The message that I'm posting is when trying to get the quest.

the quest work fine paliaka spawn rb and prison spawn instanze work fine
only party leader can teleport the party
if you try to take quest with bot progam check it and close program

Still same problem nothing changed for any of characters can't take any of two quest and can't access prison, and I don't using third party software unlike some of other players.

QUEST WITH WARDEN GODARD CASTLE NOW FIX IT!

Yes now quests with warden in Goddard is working.
