Problems with quiz event/topzone vote reward/buffstores

hey staff, how r u?
I noticed some bugs on the server. I'm not sure if this happens with the other players or if it's really a bug, but anyway:

-Quiz event is not working anymore;
-Topzone vote reward not working (it always says "topzone is not responding, try it later");
-Everytime, when server is restarted, the bufferstores inside my ch is closed.

topzone have change tha java we try to fix
buff store only buff zone in giran and aden

quiz event dont work at all.. After the announcement of the event 1st question never pop ups.
buff store should be ALL CLANHALL's + ALL church's in every town.
